Trekkers Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is insurance that is intended to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, flight accident and other losses incurred while traveling, either internationally or domestically. I am aware that during the sightseeing tour, Trekking, Rafting, Climbing and Expedition or other trips with accommodation that I am participating under the arrangements of Gorkha Adventure (P). Ltd. and its agents or associates certain risks and dangers may occur, including but not limited to the hazard of traveling mountainous terrain, accident or illness in remote place without medical facilities, the foresees of nature and travel by air, train, and automobile or other conveyance.

In consideration of and as part payment for the right to participate in such mountain, river or other activities and the service and the food arranged for me by Gorkha Adventure (P). Ltd and its agents or associates, I have hereby assume all the risk and damaged resulting from and in rendering of above services, will hold them harmless for any or all the liabilities, actions, causes of action, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever, which I now have or which may arise therefore, or in connection with my trip or participation in any other activities arranged for me by Gorkha Adventure (P). Ltd. and its agents or associates. The Terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my heirs, executors and administrators and for all members of my family, including any minors accompanying me.

If you itinerary includes mountain climbing/expedition, trekking in high altitude in the Himalayas; it must cover emergency air service, helicopter evacuation and other medical expenses. Also, check your insurance policy throughly to even include trip cancellation, as all deposits paid are non-refundable.
